Terms of Use
Effective October 16, 2026. Unstuck Help is operated by UARExperiences Inc. d/b/a Unstuck Help ("we", "us"), Raleigh, North Carolina.
What Unstuck Help is
Unstuck Help is a free, nonpartisan service that helps North Carolina residents with problems involving state government. It suggests next steps and sends requests to the residents' state legislators.
Unstuck Help is not a government website. It is not affiliated with the North Carolina General Assembly, any state agency, or any political party. Legislators' offices decide for themselves whether and how to respond. We can't promise any outcome.
Suggestions on this site are general information, not legal, medical, or financial advice. For emergencies, call 911. For food, housing, and other local help, call 211.
Using the service
- Give accurate information, including your real home address. The office relies on it.
- Submit requests only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to help them.
- Don't use the service to harass anyone, send spam, or send anything unlawful.
We may refuse or remove requests that break these rules.
